Consultation
We provide all prospective clients with a free consultation and quotation service. We will come and check out your property and off suggestions as to what we can do. Then we will give you a rough estimate on the costs involved.
Planning
As we won’t have to change the structural layout of your roof, we don’t need to get planning permission. However, depending upon what you want from your eaves conversion, our architects will layout plans for your project.
Construction
Generally running shorter than most of our projects, these conversions take between 5-7 weeks, but this depends upon the scope and what you desire. Our estimated runtime will be outlined during our consultation.
Finishing
Bringing in any necessary tradesmen, we finish all electrics and plumbing as well as FF&E. Having carried out our final checks, we sign off and it’s over to you!
